How one becomes a member of Cherry Log Christian Church.
Cherry Log Christian Church welcomes everyone whom Christ welcomes, and that, of course, means everyone.
If you have never before made a commitment to Christ and affiliated with the church anywhere, then you are invited to acknowledge your faith and present yourself for baptism. The customary time is at the close of any service of worship.
If you are a member of a church elsewhere and wish to place membership with CLCC, present yourself at the close of any worship service in order to be introduced and welcomed into the life of this congregation. Our church office will notify your prior church of your transfer.
If you are a member of a church elsewhere and wish to become an associate member of CLCC, present yourself at the close of any worship service in order to be introduced and welcomed into the life of this congregation. Your present church will not be notified since your membership there is not disturbed. Associate membership is for persons who are in this area part time or temporarily or who for personal reasons feel the need to maintain that prior relationship. Associate members share the same privileges and responsibilities as all other members.
